Constantin Adi Gavrilă was awarded the 2019 Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship in recognition for his efforts and commitment in the field of mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Adi participated on October 15 and 16, 2019 at the International Conference on "Mediation - an integrative approach to conflict", organized in Chisinau by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, the Faculty of Law within the State University of Moldova and the Mediation Council from Moldova.
Adi participated in the launch of the fourth phase of the project "Mediation and Commercial Arbitration in the Republic of Moldova", which took place on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice in Chisinau.
Adi completed his activities within the Independent Standards Commission of the International Mediation Institute that he was honored to be member of and co-chair for almost 10 years, between 2008 and 2017.
Adi worked with ADR Center Rome and Asia Foundation to develop course materials and submit a 5-day course at the ADR Center in Rome (Italy) for a group of Pakistani judges.
Adi worked with the Bishkek's Office of the International Law Development Organization (IDLO) to develop a training manual, to organize and facilitate a Masterclass for Kyrgyzstan mediators in the field of commercial mediation.
Constantin-Adi Gavrilă has successfully finalized the project "Cross-Border Partnership for Training and Labor Mobility in the Legal Field" implemented between 05.04.2017 and 04.10.2018 and funded under the INTERREG VA Romania-Bulgaria Program.

Adi travelled to Baku between May 14th and 16th 2018 to participate as an ADR Center expert, to a training course for mediators that will provide mediation services under the pilot project implemented by the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan for Baku City Yasamal District Court.
